In fact, the only thing that kept me relentlessly pursuing the answer (when nothing seemed to be working) was simply a belief that acne is a sign.

Yep, like the check engine light on a car, my acne was a sign telling me something was wrong. Very wrong. And it was up to me to find it. And fix it.

Here’s how I found it…

My acne first reared its ugly head during middle school. And despite all the acne treatments I tried to stop it, it got progressively worse. By the time I reached high school it was so bad it would hurt just to smile (let alone laugh).

Not only had acne devastated my face, neck, and upper back but it had destroyed my self-esteem.

Call me weak or whatever, but it did. As much as I tried to fool myself that it, “it’s just superficial”, it wasn’t just superficial. It cut right to the bone.

Like Chinese water torture slowly chipping away at my self-esteem, it slowly chipped away until there was nothing left.

I avoided social situations. In fact, some days I simply refused to go to school or work. I avoided talking to anyone. I felt so self-conscious I couldn’t even look anyone in the eye. I would just keep my head down.

And relationships? Are you kidding?

I would rather chew broken glass then go through the possible rejection because of my skin.

But…

Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse fate was about to step in…

I remember clearly… something happened to me. Something so crushingly painful it cut right to the bone. (Don’t ask me about it okay!)

I made a solemn vow that day that…

No matter what I had to do…

No matter how long…

No matter what the cost…

I would find the cure for my acne!

That solemn vow started me on a tireless quest that spanned over a decade of heartbreaking frustration and disappointment…

During my acne quest I was treated by dozens and dozens of doctors, specialists, herbalists, naturopaths, chiropractors, hydro-therapists, aroma-therapists… and even dowsers and spiritual “healers”.

In addition to that, I researched literally hundreds of “health” books, health journals, and health magazines…and spent hours upon hours scouring one medical study after another. And yet more hours upon hours picking the brains of various “healers” or “specialists” on the phone or in person.

When none of that worked, I tried every imaginable acne treatment I could get my hands on… including hundreds of gels, creams, scrubs, washes, and masks.

More of what did NOT work…

When that didn’t work I tried every diet said to help with acne such as…

• the mucusless diet
• vegetarianism
• veganism
• raw food diet
• eat for your blood type
• low carb diet (Atkins)
• the alkaline diet
• the Fit For Life diet
• natural hygiene (food combining)
• macrobiotics
• and even fruitarianism (boy what a mistake that was)

And when none of that worked I turned to alternative acne treatments including…

• mega dose acne vitamin therapy
• every herbal acne remedy I could find
• intense internal cleansing and detoxification therapies
• homeopathic therapies
• Traditional Chinese Medicine
• chiropractic adjustment
• aromatherapy
• acupuncture
• reflexology
• hydrotherapy
• light therapy
• mass dose “juicing” therapy
• magnetic therapy

Even more of what did NOT work…

I even tried the more esoteric therapies such as…

• energetic healing
• chakra balancing
• dozens upon dozens of different “electro-medical” devices
• and even radionics (don’t even ask what those are if you don’t know).

When all that failed, out of sheer desperation I turned to “mind over matter” including…

• meditation
• visualizations
• affirmations
• yoga

…and even hypnosis

In fact, if I was to list everything I tried it would take up pages and pages and most you wouldn’t even recognize.

Yet despite years of focused effort, giving my acne quest ALL my heart and soul…

…my acne was worse then ever!

And I was feeling as hopeless as ever…

I felt I tried EVERYTHING and had spent every spare dime I had…

Yet I still suffered from severe acne!

I remember sitting next to a friend looking at their perfect skin and thinking…

WHY ME?

Why have I suffered all these years while my friend enjoys such healthy, flawless skin?

I eat way healthier then them. I take way better care of myself. I’ve worked so hard. I’ve tried so many things. I’ve done “everything” all the doctors, NPs, and “healers” have told me. I’ve dedicated years to curing my acne…

Yet I still suffer!

And you know what? At that moment I almost gave up. I mean, what’s left to try? What haven’t I tried?

Thoughts of the rest of my with acne flashed through my mind…

… knowing I would never live at my potential.

… knowing I would never be confident and carefree.

… knowing I may never enjoy the relationship of my dreams.

Then something in me snapped…

“I can’t give up!”

“I refuse to give up!”

“There must be a cause. There must! And there must be a cure.” I said to myself.

Those thoughts crystallized in me what I always knew… That the single greatest investment I could make that would impact my life more than anything else was to solve this problem… and solve it fast. No more wasting time feeling sorry for myself…

Acne had already robbed me of so much life.

Acne had stolen so many experiences.

It didn’t matter if I spent every dime I had. If I got clear it would pay off many times what it cost. It did not matter how much time or energy it took. If I got a clear it would be the best use of my time or energy.

I resolved to never give up. Despite everything I tried that didn’t work I would keep searching.

But…

What do I do now?

What is left to try?

Well, I didn’t know!

I had no clue where to go next.

I simply held open the possibility and kept my “feelers” out.

Finally, the answer found… in the most unlikely of places

Well, as is often the case, answers came when I was ready. While studying something completely unrelated I stumbled on the secret I was looking for. Luckily I was open to it. It was there right in front of me. I just wasn’t seeing it before. It was the missing piece to the acne puzzle I’d been searching for for so long.

I immediately applied this new insight. It was only a matter of days before I saw the results…

My skin started to breath…

…I mean, my skin always felt so clogged. (But because it was that way all the time I didn’t realize it.) Now the only word for it was it felt like it could breath.

I remember thinking…

“Wow, this skin breathing feeling, this is what everyone else gets to feel all the time.”

My skin got progressively better from there.

Then it hit me…

I was in the bathroom washing my face. It felt so smooth. That’s when I first realized I’m totally clear…

…Not just improved…

…Not just “breathing” skin….

…But totally freaking clear!

For the very first time in my adult life I was clear!

I remember just silently mumbling under my breath…. “thank you, thank you, thank you”.

Finally, it was over. I had the answers I was searching for. That decades long struggle was finally over!

Not too long after that a friend saw me…

“Wow”, she said… “what did you do?”

Well, I didn’t bother trying to explain it all. But she insisted… urrr rather demanded. She demanded to know what she could do to help a friend. So I reluctantly showed her. And the results…“amazing” (her words).

To make a long story short, word spread from there…

Next thing I know I’m getting pounded for advice. And frankly it freaked me out. I mean, I’m not a doctor. I don’t even have a degree. But I reluctantly helped those that I could. Until… until it got completely overwhelming…

“Hell”, I said. “I may as well put it all down on paper and save me the breath trying to explain it.”

So that’s what I did. I started sending out The Method via e-mail.

From there it grew. It kinda became some kind of underground guide or something. And before I know it I’m getting flooded with e-mails from all kinds of people, from all over the world, with questions and success stories.

While it freaked me out before, all this attention

But what really got me mad is these scum-bag rip-off artists were taking my research and bastardizing it. Then calling it their own.

“What can I do?”… I asked myself….

I decided, what the hell, as freaked out as I am about being anyone’s “guru”, I had to make available at least somewhere the complete, unbastardized Method.

But sheesh, that takes so much time. The email load alone can be so overwhelming. And they all deserve an answer. What can I do?

So after much consternation and thought I’ve come up with a solution…

I’m not trying to save the world. Nope, I’ve realized the hard way the world doesn’t want to be saved. Instead I’m opening it up to a small number of just the right people who I can most help.
