So you want some client support?
Not to worry. Willing and capable support staff are on the edge of their seats waiting to help you.
So they can best help you here’s a few tips…
Please keep in mind the support staff is trained in giving you the best support for client support related issues. Stuff like username or password problems or trouble accessing content.
If you have questions about a lesson please post it at the bottom of that lesson, not at the support desk. I’ll address the most common ones for the benefit of everyone in the lesson F&Q section.
The more concise and specific you can be the faster and better the support staff can help you.
If you lost your password, there’s an easy fix. Use the “forgot password” link at your login page. A new one will be emailed to you. If you don’t see it in 10 minutes in your inbox, double check that it didn’t end up in the spam folder.
If you still have problems then please don’t hesitate to contact our client support staff.
If you wish to quit we’ve made it as easy as possible to do that yourself. Simply type “quit” in the search bar at the top of this page. The first page that comes up gives you specific step-by-step instructions.
No worries… if we screwed up we’ll make it right! Just let us know where we went wrong, and give us enough time to make it right.
We will never not respond to a legitimate support request. If for some reason you don’t hear back from us PLEASE check your spam folder. Our response to you was likely filtered by a spam bot.
