So you want some client support huh?
Not to worry. Willing and capable support staff are on the edge of their seats waiting to help you.
So they can best help you here’s a few tips…
Tip #1: Please use the support desk for support related questions only.
Please keep in mind the support staff is trained in giving you the best support for client support related issues. Stuff like username or password problems or trouble accessing content.
If you have questions about a lesson please post it at the bottom of that lesson, not at the support desk. I’ll address the most common ones for the benefit of everyone in the lesson F&Q section.
Tip #2: Please be concise and specific.
The more concise and specific you can be the faster and better the support staff can help you.
Tip #3: Don’t hassle the support staff to do stuff for you that you can and should do yourself okay.
If you lost your password, you can fix that yourself. Use the "forgot password" link at your login page.
If you wish to cancel your membrship you do that yourself…
Support staff does not do that for you okay. Simply type "cancel membership" in the search bar and click "go". The first page that comes up gives you specific step-by-step instructions.
I made it as dirt simple as possible to do that without having to talk to, email, or hassle anyone to do so (so only the very best stay in the community).
Last Tip: Please be cool to the support staff okay.
If we screwed up I apologize right now for it. The support staff will do their very best to fix it. But understand the support staff is on your side…

No sense being disrespectful or uncool to a teammate. And I’m kinda particular about it to. I don’t tolerate any disrespect in the community. Nor any disrespect to the support staff either.
If you’ve got some anger to vent please vent it at me directly. I can handle it. Actually I appreciate honest feedback. But the support staff, well, I picked them myself. And I only choose ones with hearts of gold. I’m protective of those hearts of gold. Please treat them with the respect they deserve.
